Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an on-site Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for our customer location in Glendale, AZ.

The Job:

As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure customer satisfaction by minimizing equipment downtime. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, and maintain a safe work environment. Your responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, managing parts inventory, and collaborating with plant management to meet production goals.

The Fit:

We seek a confident leader and team player willing to work overtime, on-call, and weekends to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Experience:

Required: Five years in industrial maintenance, including electrical and mechanical interventions, supervisory experience, customer service skills, and proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, PLC programming, and software. Experience with corrugated equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
