Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, prepare schedules, coordinate work orders, and train staff
• Ensure timely and correct completion of service requests and repairs, maintaining proper records
• Oversee operations to make units rent-ready, perform repairs, and manage maintenance quality
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and other systems
• Inspect vacant units, coordinate repairs, and manage procurement for major replacements
• Perform groundskeeping duties such as trash removal, sweeping, pressure washing, and landscaping
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a 24-hour basis, as needed

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
• At least three years of maintenance experience, with supervisory roles
• Licenses in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are highly desirable
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English, basic math skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
