Maintenance Supervisor - Escape at Arrowhead

Position Overview

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
2. Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
3. Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements.
4. Lead in the management, training, and retention of quality employees.
5. Review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately.
6. Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
7. Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors, and conducting property inspections.
8. Review turns and make-ready schedule and delegate work to proper work groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance
• Experience utilizing Yardi, preferred
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor
• HVAC certified
• Pool certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position Details

• Hourly Rate - $30/hr, Non-Exempt, Based on Experience
• Full-time
