Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Associates degree with technical focus plus 7+ years experience or 10+ years in industry.
• Proficiency in vibration analysis, laser interferometry and precision alignment.
• Six Sigma experience desired; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Program, troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems and equipment.
• Lead CI activities to improve processes, reliability and cost savings.
• Identify parts, source repairs, and propose engineered solutions.
• Train and coach junior technicians; may lead projects and document CMMS history.
