• Follow GMPs, OSHA, HACCP and sanitation guidelines to keep the facility audit-ready.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Repair equipment promptly to sustain operations.
• Monitor and adjust equipment in assigned department.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
