Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift 50-65 pounds regularly.
• Able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and regulations (GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA) and maintain audit-ready condition.
• Operate production line machinery including high-speed packaging.
• Perform visual, size and weight checks on products.
• Communicate deviations from standards to Team Leader.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
