Job summary

Ingersoll Rand’s Milton Roy facility in Warminster, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Reliability Technician on first shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and assist with installing new machinery while coordinating with engineers and contractors.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in industrial maintenance and a High School diploma, with forklift and scissor lift operation and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with hand, pneumatic, and power tools; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installing new machinery and production lines with engineers and contractors.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Update maintenance records to support daily and monthly targets.
