Job summary

TREW is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment on a 1st shift in West Chester, OH. This hands-on role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting startup and ramp-up activities.

The successful candidate will interpret schematics, work with CMMS documentation, and collaborate with Engineering and contractors to ensure safe, reliable operations on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated manufacturing equipment or related technical program.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC-controlled machinery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, control circuits, power-transmission components, and automated machinery using drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs safely to minimize production downtime.
