Job summary

Randalls is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep plant equipment and systems running efficiently. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building systems, diagnose issues, replace parts, and repair using hand and power tools.

Key requirements include 4+ years in manufacturing, knowledge of PLCs and HVAC, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial systems
• Experience installing, servicing, and testing equipment and wiring
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and HVAC systems
• Strong math skills including fractions and unit conversions
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills
• Team player who adapts to feedback and changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete necessary repairs
• Follow manuals and work orders to guide service tasks
• Identify required parts and supplies from catalogs and vendors
• Operate hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical repairs
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols
• Communicate with supervisors and peers regarding progress and issues
