Job summary

Sonoco is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I-III in Neenah, WI to support maintenance excellence and proactive reliability initiatives.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems, perform welding and fabrication as required, and drive zero-failure initiatives with proactive maintenance practices. Overtime may be required; a signing bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate competency in maintenance of multi-craft systems and be able to read schematics.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and fault diagnosis in industrial environments.
• Welding and machining skills with ability to fabricate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain, improve, install, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and, if needed, write/modify programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting corrective actions.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and ensure asset history accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve abnormal equipment conditions affecting safety or productivity.
