Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge for plant equipment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs and CMMS management.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and conveyors.
• Ability to analyze failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contractors, spare parts, and projects.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance operations and supervise technicians, electricians, mechanics, and contractors.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Prioritize work orders, emergency repairs, and shutdown activities.
• Diagnose recurring equipment failures and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor reliability metrics and equipment availability.
• Coordinate maintenance with production, engineering, safety, and operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
