Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across our industrial disposal processes. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and maintain equipment in a safe, compliant manner.

The role requires 2–4 years in heavy industry, a MA 1C/2C hoisting license, and willingness to work on call, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will use our maintenance documentation system to manage work orders, track spare parts, and ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Must possess MA 1C/2C Hoisting License (or obtain).
• Able to work on call, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule to prevent breakdowns.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages.
• Prioritize maintenance, repair, and installation to minimize downtime and complete paperwork.
• Use maintenance documentation program to manage work orders and parts.
• Inspect and repair machinery to ensure safe operating condition.
• Review maintenance reports to plan future activities.
