Reworld in the USA (Massachusetts) seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to support its industrial disposal process. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, follow safety procedures, and document work orders in the company CMMS.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in heavy industrial settings, a High School diploma, MA 1C/2C Hoisting License (or ability to obtain), and willingness to on-call nights and weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA 1C/2C Hoisting License or ability to obtain quickly.
• 2–4 years in heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Willing to on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule to prevent downtime.
• Use root-cause analysis with teams to diagnose breakdowns.
• Open/close work orders and manage parts in CMMS.
• Repair and maintain industrial equipment including inspection and replacement.
• Inspect machines for safety and performance.
