Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical trade experience.
• Industrial electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of single- and three-phase systems, motor controls, and safety codes.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, climb, and operate tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and replace components.
• Maintain fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, and related components.
• Install and rebuild pumps, motors, and heat exchangers.
• Maintain CMMS records and respond to repair calls.
• Collaborate with trades and departments on major building repairs.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
