Maintain and optimize production machinery and facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. You will perform hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical work—from routine preventive maintenance to emergency repairs—while adhering to safety standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Preventive & Emergency Maintenance
Execute scheduled maintenance and lubrication of production machines and plant systems.
Respond to unscheduled breakdowns, diagnosing faults rapidly and restoring equipment to service.
Mechanical & Hydraulic Work
Set up machinery for production runs, perform alignments, and balance components.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on packaging and processing equipment, including hydraulic system servicing.
Electrical & Control Systems
Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on machines and building systems (including 480 V three-phase).
Work with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to maintain control systems.
Installation & Setup
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform installations and configure machines for new or changed processes.
Prepare machines for production runs, verifying correct setup and making necessary adjustments.
Safety & Housekeeping
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a maintenance-mechanic role within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic maintenance; electrical training or experience with 480 V systems is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficient troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on production equipment.
Familiarity with VFD drives, PLCs, and basic process-improvement methodologies.
Certifications & Requirements:
Eligible to work in the U.S., with successful background and drug screening.
Ability to work overtime as needed and perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
