Bakery Express is a wholesale bakery in Lewisville, Texas supporting major retail clients since 2001 with fresh baked donuts and muffins daily and packaged cookies and brownies.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic to join our team. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment. We're looking for a career-minded person who is good with their hands, possesses a mechanical aptitude and has a proactive mentality.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Work Independently and Under Pressure
• Able to Read Manuals and Implement Corrective Action
• Troubleshoot Equipment Problems
• Willing to learn from/contribute to Team

Working Knowledge of operating theory, such as:

• Gearing
• Bearings
• Levers
• Shafts
• Electric
• Lubrication
• Positive repair techniques
• Sprockets
• Compressed air systems and control sequencing

Knowledgeable in AC/DC fundamentals, read and interpret electrical schematics (high-voltage and control valves), ladder theory and logic, PLC working knowledge of time delays, program logic, logical loops, and control sequencing and motor control logic (fixed/variable speed drives)

High School Diploma/GED (required)
