Job Details:

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Tyson Foods has immediate openings for experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics. This position involves keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. Tyson Foods will provide the necessary tools, uniforms, and safety shoe reimbursement. Benefits include competitive wages, vacation, medical insurance, educational assistance, 401(k) plans, Tyson Stock Purchase Plans, nine paid holidays, and a work/life balance with every other weekend off (Friday through Sunday).

This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and assets while ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with Tyson policies.

Duties:
  • Maintain machinery to ensure continuous production.
  • Utilize mechanical skills acquired through experience or formal education.
Requirements:
  • At least twelve months of continuous employment with a single employer within the last 36 months or completed formal schooling in a trade.
  • Extensive fabrication and mechanical experience.
  • Welding, boiler, and electrical experience preferred.
Rehire Consideration:
  • Maximum of two previous Tyson employments considered for hire.
  • 180-day (6 months) waiting period between employments.

No relocation assistance is provided. All shifts are available across the United States.
