Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (3rd Shift)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Location: Monroe Township, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | Overnight Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing operations team. This position is responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and other production machines.
• Use power and hand tools to repair and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer instructions for repairs and installations.
• Install and fine-tune new injection molding machines or similar equipment.
• Service machines by lubricating, greasing, and fueling as needed.
• Identify and fix potential safety hazards in the facility.
• Optimize use of maintenance supplies and resources.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and reading mechanical schematics.
• Proficient in general mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically active environment.
• Available to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and weekends.
• Committed to safety, accuracy, and problem-solving.
• MUST HAVE 7-YEAR CLEAR BACKGROUND AND BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA
