Ecore International is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, 1st Shift for our Delphos, OH location. You will assist with plant start-up, support Machine Operators to successfully deliver products, and maintain all machinery and equipment, while suggesting improvements. Internally, we refer to this role as Electro-Mechanics.

Mechanic Technician Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with rotating Friday hours.
Base Hourly Wage: $24.00-$28.00/hour, with profit sharing opportunities.

Core Contributions:

• Assist in start-up of new facility, including equipment installation and optimization.
• Maintain and repair machines and supporting equipment used in production.
• Perform regular and preventative maintenance on machinery, including NC and CNC controls, PLC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine effective repairs.
• Collaborate with Machine Operators to troubleshoot and improve machine performance.
• Maintain and repair building structures, grounds, and related systems such as HVAC, plumbing, snow removal, and carpentry.

Core Essentials:

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanics or related field, or apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance, or a high school diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with electrical controls wiring (120/240/480 volts), motor drives, multimeters, oscilloscopes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver's license with ability to operate trucks with manual or automatic transmission.
