Source Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Burlington, MA.

Responsibilities include handling gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment; electrical work up to 480V; diagnosing motor controls and safety circuits; PLC troubleshooting; welding and fabrication; leading setups and improvements; and maintaining CMMS records

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: Hourly rate by experience: $35 to $50+ per hour.

Overview

Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
