Source Recruitment Solutions in Boston, MA, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role supports equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a manufacturing plant.

This is a FULL-TIME permanent position with a pay range of $35 to $50+ per hour, plus full benefits and vacation time. Overtime/weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment).
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors).
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks).
• Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic).
• Perform welding & basic fabrication.
• Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
