Job summary

Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Medford, MA to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing plant. You will contribute to equipment reliability and continuous improvement through proactive maintenance and quick fault resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
• Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic)
• Perform welding & basic fabrication
• Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards

Overview

Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
