Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in North Andover, MA to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time role focuses on equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and safe operation.

Must have 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment).
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors).
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks).
• Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic).
• Perform welding & basic fabrication.
• Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards.

Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: North Andover, MA

This is a FULL-TIME permanent position.

Salary: Hourly rate by experience: $35 to $50+ per hour.

Overview

Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
• Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic)
