Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Lead to ensure safe, efficient operation of packaging and processing lines. This developmental role prepares the incumbent for a supervisory position while supporting hourly technicians in maintenance tasks.

You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, train for supervision, and help maintain a clean, safe workplace, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.

Competenze

• 2+ years of technician experience with industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or diploma a plus.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage; support maintenance tasks.
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for wear and timing.
• Rebuild drive components and troubleshoot electrical and PLC issues.
• Update wiring diagrams and train for supervision through shadowing shifts.
• Provide coverage for supervisor PTO and ensure shift readiness.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce company policies.
