Electrical Automation Services in Deatsville, AL seeks an Electromechanical Technician to support a distillery and beverage production facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical and electromechanical systems across the plant on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Ideal candidates have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with automated manufacturing equipment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or beverage facilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with SAP/CMMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics and troubleshooting tools.
• Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
