Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking an Industrial Account Manager to generate income through product sales and services, build and maintain customer relationships, and lead sales efforts. This role will drive lighting projects, manage pricing strategies, and coordinate training for customers in the Capital Electric account base.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of sales experience and experience with electrical/lighting supplies.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with electrical/lighting supplies.
• 2-5 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Calling on industrial, government, institutional and OEM customers as well as driving lighting projects.
• Manage the sales of products and services to account base.
• Develop new customer relationships.
• Regular end user joint calls with suppliers.
• Develop customer pricing strategy that enhances profitability.
• Quote prices and credit terms.
• Coordinate customer training.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Attend trade shows and meetings.
• Attend training as required by Capital Electric.
• Other duties as required
