Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes.
• Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop clients using LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry databases.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to drive ongoing sales growth.
• Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings to present solutions and understand client needs.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations for prospective clients.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through inside sales and business development.
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and consultative selling.
• Provide feedback on client needs, market conditions, and competition to optimize sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and KPI performance to management.
