NorthPoint Development LLC is seeking an Industrial Leasing Analyst to support proposals and manage relationships across a national industrial portfolio. You will lead end-to-end RFP responses, coordinate meetings, gather data, edit documents, and ensure branding consistency.

You will collaborate with development, asset management, property management, marketing, and legal teams to deliver timely proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Real Estate, Business, Communications or Engineering preferred.
• 1+ years in real estate brokerage, property management, financial analysis, leasing, or related admin work preferred.
• Ability to travel; strong writing and proofreading skills; attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems and Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage end-to-end RFP responses, deadlines, and coordination.
• Write, edit, and compile content into cohesive final proposals with branding consistency.
• Collaborate with development, asset management, property management, marketing, legal and others to deliver timely materials.
• Maintain proposal files, dashboards, and data; support collateral and internal presentations.
• Build relationships with national brokerage teams and external partners; assist client tours and market intel meetings.
