Job summary

NorthPoint Development, a real estate developer, is seeking an Industrial Leasing Analyst for an on-site role in Kansas City. You will lead end-to-end RFP responses, assemble marketing packages, and coordinate proposals across internal teams to support a national industrial portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in real estate/leasing, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with MS Office, CRMs and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1+ years of experience in real estate brokerage, property management, financial analysis, leasing, legal review, or administrative background preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Ability to travel for projects and client meetings.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems and Monday.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage end-to-end RFP responses and submissions within deadlines.
• Write, edit, and compile content from multiple sources into cohesive proposals and marketing packages.
• Collaborate with development, asset management, property management, marketing, civil engineering, architecture, legal, and firm management teams.
• Own the team’s systems of record by tracking market activity, proposals, and related data.
• Build and maintain relationships with national brokerage teams and external partners; travel to project sites for client tours and events.
