Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, development, private equity, investment banking, or commercial real estate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills, including DCF, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience evaluating real estate acquisitions and/or ground-up development opportunities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite industrial acquisition and development opportunities, including financial modeling, return analysis, and investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda, presentations, and supporting analyses.
• Conduct market research on industrial real estate fundamentals, competitive projects, and investment trends.
• Partner with development, asset management, and capital markets teams to evaluate project performance and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring investment pipeline activity and maintaining transaction and portfolio reporting.

Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Investment Analyst to support the sourcing, underwriting, execution, and management of industrial development and acquisition opportunities across targeted U.S. markets. This individual will play a key role in evaluating new investments, preparing investment committee materials, conducting market research, and partnering with development, capital markets, and asset management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Underwrite industrial acquisition and development opportunities, including financial modeling, return analysis, and investment recommendations. Support all stages of the acquisition process, from sourcing and due diligence through closing.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda, presentations, and supporting analyses.
• Conduct market research on industrial real estate fundamentals, competitive projects, and investment trends.
• Partner with development, asset management, and capital markets teams to evaluate project performance and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring investment pipeline activity and maintaining transaction and portfolio reporting.

Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, development, private equity, investment banking, or commercial real estate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills, including DCF, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience evaluating real estate acquisitions and/or ground-up development opportunities.
• Understanding of industrial real estate fundamentals, logistics facilities, and development economics preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing investment committee materials.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally alongside development, asset management, and capital markets teams.

Preferred:

• Industrial, logistics, or land acquisition experience.
• ARGUS Enterprise proficiency.
• Exposure to institutional real estate investment platforms, developers, REITs, or private equity firms.
• MBA, MSRE, CFA, or progress toward a professional designation is a plus.
