Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 410+ years of experience in land development or site development.
• Experience with industrial/large-scale site development projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering efforts from due diligence through construction.
• Prepare and review site development and grading plans.
• Coordinate with architecture, construction, and project management teams.
• Manage outside engineering consultants and review deliverables.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and utilities.
• Provide engineering support during construction and project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain project schedules across multiple developments.
