Job summary

gpac is partnering with a local multidisciplinary Civil Engineering firm to hire an Engineer with land development experience. This role centers on design, permitting, and project coordination for diverse site development projects.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of land development experience, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and PE or EIT certification, plus proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of land development/site development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have PE or EIT.
• Experience with stormwater management, erosion, sedimentation control, grading, drainage, etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design land development/site development projects.
• Coordinate permitting and project management with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and review civil drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D; ensure drainage and stormwater design accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver diverse site projects.
