Job summary

Mountaire is seeking to execute all Learning initiatives for Industrial Operations personnel and manage the execution of the Learning strategy. The role supports safety certifications and training while guiding Learning Specialists to ensure our goals are met or exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree preferred and measurable L&D experience, with proven facilitation across two shifts.
