Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort in Friant, CA seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems and kitchen equipment across the property. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration, the ability to read blueprints, and a valid California driver’s license. Overtime and weekend shifts may apply, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in large commercial building systems.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Completion of HVAC School and HVAC Certification preferred.
• A valid California Driver’s License is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance on HVAC and kitchen equipment.
• Inspects, repairs, and maintains casino HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Forecasts downtime and ensures guest and employee comfort.
• Maintains records and completes training to stay current with technology.
• Orders parts and coordinates with outside vendors for repairs.
• Adheres to safety procedures for high voltage and pressurized equipment.
• Maintains inventory of standby equipment and tools.
• Responds to emergencies and supports manpower coverage as needed.
• Oversees all HVAC aspects of the property and performance of related tasks.
