The Amlon Group is seeking an IT Systems and Infrastructure Lead to deliver day-to-day IT support across plant environments, supporting PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks. Travel to multiple facilities is required, with close collaboration to controls engineers and maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on IT management, project leadership, and robust documentation to ensure secure, reliable operations in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT systems administration or IT infrastructure experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on IT experience in plant environments with troubleshooting across networks, servers, and devices.
• Basic PLC knowledge and understanding of communication with HMIs/SCADA.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT projects, upgrades, and deployments across multiple facilities.
• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, network devices, and virtualization.
• Provide hands-on IT support in industrial environments and document resolutions.
• Support data backups, disaster recovery, and system security measures.
• Collaborate with controls engineers and maintenance teams for specialized automation support.
