Job summary

JBS USA seeks an Industrial IT professional to manage and support plant IT and network components including servers, network equipment, and production floor systems. You will work with end-users to propose new hardware and software solutions, test changes before production, and diagnose issues across network, hardware, and software environments.

Required 3 years of related experience, PLC ladder logic literacy, and comfort working in a manufacturing setting; JS/SCADA/HMI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and maintain all plant IT and network components
• Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues
• Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutions
• Test hardware/software modifications before production introduction
• Provide on-call support for complex software problems and issues
• Seek opportunities to automate plant processes and implement automated solutions plant-wide
