Hire Energy Staffing seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, network equipment, and shop-floor software in a manufacturing setting. You will diagnose issues, install and maintain IT equipment, support new applications, assist end users, and help manage IT inventory across departments.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of IT support, knowledge of Windows and Linux, networking, and PC troubleshooting; CompTIA A+ and Network+ are preferred, as is

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Networking and PC troubleshooting experience.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install and repair hardware, software, and peripherals per specifications.
• Assist junior IT technicians as needed.
• Oversee daily performance of computer systems.
• Support rollout of new applications.
• Provide end-user support for operations systems, applications and hardware.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory.
