Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Analyst, IT Support and Network to provide frontline technology support at our Texas co-packing facility. You will set up, image, configure desktop and laptop workstations, troubleshoot network issues, and support printers and IP cameras to keep plant operations running smoothly.

This role collaborates with the Network Support Manager and IT Shared Services, requires 1–3 years of hands-on IT experience, and emphasizes strong communication,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and enterprise networking gear.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, printers, cameras, and peripherals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and image desktops and laptops for new and existing users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity for end-user devices and plant equipment.
• Support IP camera systems and video surveillance connectivity.
• Perform hardware break/fix tasks and asset management in ITSM.
• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support and escalate as needed.
• Assist with cabling, patch panels, and network closet upkeep.
• Onboard new employees with workstation setup and system access.
• Maintain IT consumables inventory; follow security policies and change mgmt.
• Support IT projects and infrastructure upgrades as directed.
