Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking an Analyst, IT Support and Network to serve as the onsite IT representative at the DP1 facility in Santa Clarita, CA. The role blends hands-on user support, hardware inventory, and exposure to network administration across the site.

The ideal candidate will manage IT infrastructure day-to-day, maintain security best practices, and assist with unboxing, configuring, and deploying new hardware while keeping detailed tickets and documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience across IT functions including networking, firewalls, security, wireless and IT/OT networks.
• History of IT project management, hardware and/or software projects.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Cisco/Meraki hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure (hardware, inventory, troubleshooting).
• Work with network fundamentals (switches, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls) and security best practices.
• Exposure to HA servers and networks; assist with deployment of new hardware.
• Maintain organized documentation of tickets, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues.
