Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking an IT Support and Network Analyst at our Texas co-packing facility to provide frontline technology support, set up, maintain and troubleshoot end-user hardware, network connectivity and peripherals to keep plant operations running smoothly.

You will work with the on-site Network Support Manager and the IT Shared Services team, handling Tier 1 helpdesk tasks, asset records in ITSM, and participating in periodic IT projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support in corporate/industrial settings.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and enterprise networking gear.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and image desktop and laptop computers for users.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, cameras, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi connectivity and plant floor equipment network issues.
• Support IP camera systems and video surveillance connectivity.
• Maintain IT asset records and support tickets in the ITSM platform.
• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support and escalate to Network Manager as needed.
• Assist with basic network cabling and inventory management.
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
