Job summary

DrinkPAK I, LLC is seeking an onsite IT representative for the DP1 facility in California. The role blends hands-on user support, hardware/asset management, and exposure to network administration across the DP1 site.

You will manage IT infrastructure, apply network fundamentals, deploy new hardware, document tickets, and support security best practices. The position offers a full-time, salaried role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking, firewalls, security, wireless, and IT/OT networks.
• Proven IT project management experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Azure, SharePoint, Office) and Cisco/Meraki hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure (hardware, inventory, troubleshooting) with great attention to detail.
• Apply working knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls) and network security best practices.
• Assist with unboxing, configuring and deploying new hardware for the facility.
• Maintain organized documentation of tickets, troubleshooting steps and recurring issues.
• Develop a thorough understanding of DrinkPAK policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Prioritize daily support tickets while providing project assistance; take ownership of tasks, follow through independently, and proactively flag issues before they evolve.
• Adapt to other tasks as required; responsibilities may change without prior notice.

Salary

Base salary compensation range: $70,000–$90,000.
