Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripheral support to end users.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on system upgrades and issue resolution.
