Job summary

180 Engineering is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help manufacturing customers maximize value from a cloud-based Industrial IoT platform. You will implement digital solutions, provide technical support, deliver training, and translate operational data into actionable insights.

You will manage multiple customers, lead onboarding, map processes, configure solutions, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with IoT/cloud platforms and industrial networks (OPC-UA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of manufacturing customers and support adoption of Industrial IoT solutions.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and customer training.
• Develop implementation plans including network architecture and data connectivity.
