Job summary

Norican Group is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to guide a diverse customer portfolio through the digitalization of the Monitizer suite. You will ensure post-implementation adoption, train users, and translate technical needs into actionable plans.

The role requires a degree in engineering, experience as a service/production/ process engineer, and comfort with Linux, IoT protocols, and cloud services. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent; background in foundry/industrial tech.
Experience as a service/production or process engineer in equipment/foundry.
Proactive with strong problem solving; able to travel.
Experience with Linux; knowledge of cloud services and IoT protocols helpful.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, guiding digitalization of Monitizer suite.
Ensure post-implementation adoption and user satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Analyze customer challenges to create detailed project specs and deployment plans.
Define and implement customer solutions with onboarding and training.
Collaborate with IoT team to transform data into insights and identify upsell opportunities.
Serve as primary day-to-day contact and provide first-level support.
Gather customer feedback to drive platform improvements and address technical issues.
