Job summary

Quality Sourced Manufacturing, Inc. (QSM) through its Tru-Flo unit seeks an Inside Sales/Account Manager in Charlotte, NC to act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.

You will manage orders, provide proactive updates on lead times, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional sales to prepare quotations, while maintaining CRM/ERP data and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of inside sales or customer service in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with industrial valves, actuators, automation, or flow control products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with ERP/MRP and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Customer service & account management for assigned customer accounts.
• Provide proactive updates on orders, lead times, and shipping status.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional sales to prepare quotations.
• Handle commercial and technical clarifications between customers and internal teams.
• Support the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery; track quotes and milestones.
