Quality Sourced Manufacturing, Inc. (QSM) seeks an inside sales professional to support Tru-Flo valves and automation customers. You will manage accounts, coordinate quotations with engineering and operations, and ensure timely order processing.

Strong communication, multitasking and ERP/CRM familiarity are required; a high school diploma and US work authorization are essential. This role offers career growth within Flow Control Group's North American network.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years inside sales or customer service in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with industrial valves, actuators, automation or flow control preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/MRP and CRM systems.
• Able to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and manage data in CRM/ERP.
• Provide proactive updates on orders, lead times, and shipping status.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to prepare quotations.
• Interpret technical documents to recommend solutions and clarify details.
• Process and follow up on orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track quotes, customer follow-ups, and key project milestones.
• Support the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
