Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service; ERP experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes, process sales inquiries, and follow up with customers and prospects.
• Respond to incoming calls and other customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Proactively contact assigned customers to identify sales opportunities and generate add-on and repeat sales.
• Achieve established sales goals and milestones within designated timeframes.
• Review and monitor reports to identify opportunities and support sales performance.
• Utilize company CRM for tracking and customer interactions.
