Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of ERP experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of the welding and industrial gases industry.
• Experience with multiple technology platforms and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes, process sales inquiries, and follow up with customers.
• Respond to incoming calls and other customer requests promptly.
• Proactively contact assigned customers to identify sales opportunities and drive add-on sales.
• Achieve established sales goals and performance milestones.
• Review reports to identify opportunities and support sales performance.
• Utilize company CRM and various tech platforms.
