Formación

• 3+ years of inside sales experience preferred, especially in industrial or welding supply distributorship.
• If no sales experience, strong knowledge of welding equipment, safety gear, and major tools is required.

• Support outside sales representatives and maintain current customer accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best total solution.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with all departments within Gas and Supply to fulfill customer requirements.
