Job summary

Kenco Engineering is seeking an Inside Sales / Industrial Product Estimator to support customers, prepare quotations, and provide technical product recommendations for industrial applications. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in Tulsa, OK.

You will prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, process orders, and support outside sales while building product knowledge and strong customer relationships to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

3-5 years of inside sales experience.
Strong phone presence, active listening, and customer service skills.
Ability to prepare and communicate detailed quotes, estimates, and financial data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and selling skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes, estimates, pricing, and sales documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process orders and provide order status updates.
Support outside sales with product, pricing, and delivery information.
Develop strong product and application knowledge.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet customer needs.
Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and achieve sales objectives.
Support ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
